Vision Board is the only instrument which motivates us daily and encourages to achieve and connects daily with our dreams. Creation of a Vision Board is a game-changer for people like me.  Chimmu Kutty gave me a clear path to forming my Vision Board that has set me up for the ways to reach my goals successfully. Being a CS it’s more stressful to assist the clients to achieve their goals. In this process and to work for the clients my personal goals are being affected.  My vision board helps me to keep on track by reminding me and showing me my goals and dreams.

As a Performance and productivity coach myself, I understand the importance of vision boards and the value they bring. However, never got to actually make one. Chimmu actually made it happen. Her approach was very simple, practical and fun! I love the way Chimmu broke down different elements and made it so easy. Her compassion and confidence are contagious too! This year I created my yearly boards as a vision board.  I liked this better than writing down goals as putting it in a chart gives me more clarity on whether it is achievable and how will the end result look like. This visualisation exercise helped me to filter the exact goals that is important to me. Thanks to Chimmu Kutty for her timely session on creating vision boards and various forms of creating it as a chart, or a box with pictures, or sketches or book. She explained the concepts in an engaging and clear way. I highly recommend this course as a way to converting your dreams into goals.
