I met Chimmu in Toastmasters. As a leader,the confidence and in depth knowledge on what the audience wanted set her apart. Methodical goal setting and motivating the team had us all achieving our goals without the stress that comes with it. In retrospect, Many a time she walked the talk by following her words with the necessary actions to deal with the crises at hand. It was all in all a learning experience to work with her. As an effective coach I have seen her panache in taking each individual for the unique person that they are,understanding their needs and seeing the bigger picture. I had my first encounter with Chimmu Kutty some 3 years ago and right from our first conversation, she came across as a confident communicator and a pleasing personality. Chimmu is the hands-on person for any speaking and coaching assignments. She is confident in handling the heavy subject like self-esteem, performance improvement, motivation etc. Her ability to tell the story and extract the lesson from the story, motivate all the audience to learn and implement. She was part of our coach team to improve the performance of 40+ team member. We are delighted with her mesmerizing coaching session with respect to her presentation skill and coaching skill. Her enthusiasm in providing the post meeting support and continues nurturing the team member provided the wonderful support. I know Distinguished Toastmaster Chimmukutty for more than 4 years as a speaker and as a Leader in Toastmasters fraternity. When I was participating in Leadership Development Program in the year 2017-18, she was the coordinator for that. My interaction started with her there and I have received lot of guidance from her in my growth in Toastmasters forum. She is effective in one-to-one guidance and in delivering sessions especially on building confidence and grow. She has made remarkable impression in many individuals like me.
