I’m Chimmu Kutty, a leadership, communication, and confidence coach for professionals stepping into bigger roles—and feeling the weight of it.
A former banker turned coach, I work with mid to senior leaders, founders, and high-potential managers who are navigating visibility, decision-making pressure, and the quiet undercurrent of imposter syndrome.

As a Toastmaster and certified coach (Coacharya Level 2, working towards ICF PCC), I bring a structured yet deeply human approach—helping clients think clearly, communicate with authority, and lead with grounded confidence.
