Hi, I’m Chimmu Kutty, your Confidence Multiplier!
I am a former banker. A people’s person always. A confidence coach by passion. I love impacting individuals in life transforming ways. In order to do so credibly and with my heart intent on realizing my passion, I earned a certification as an Erikson Life Coach. A staunch believer in the powers of Neuro Linguistic Programming, I have recently embarked on mastering this new skill as well.
I was faced with massive self-doubt when I wanted to quit my banking job and kick-start a brand-new career within the coaching industry. I have known what it is to feel under-confident and unsure of myself when I was thrust into leadership positions at Toastmasters, that required me to work with people across regions. I have experienced uncertainty and been at cross roads while contemplating the plunge into my coaching business.
Through all such personal travails and innumerous client experiences, I have come to realize that we begin to doubt ourselves and our capabilities the moment we are jolted out of our comfort zones and juxtaposed with change. Change invokes Fear; Fear promotes Procrastination which sends us into a never-ending loop of Inaction.
I broke through this loop and now I help others do the same too. Towards this, coaching programs designed by me, help individuals tackle their excuses, conquer their fears and achieve success through bitesize, mindful and deliberate actions. The accomplishment of these micro actions, gradually helps restore and replenish one’s deep, inner reserves of self-belief and self-confidence.
